USPS Realigns Sales Teams to Strengthen Customer Support and Drive Growth
In a strategic move to enhance business customer support and increase revenue, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) has realigned its sales teams under one centralized organization. This change is designed to improve the process of finding, getting, and keeping customers at all levels.
Unified Sales Structure
Effective immediately, the following teams will now report directly to Bill Fraine, USPS National Sales Senior Vice President:
- Strategic Sales: Focused on maintaining and expanding relationships with USPS’s largest business accounts. Led by Juan Nadal, Strategic Sales Vice President.
- Regional and Inside Sales:
- Regional Sales serves small to mid-tier and growing customers.
- Inside Sales focuses on onboarding new customers from the Leading Together leads program and other sources.
Both teams are led by Shavon Keyes, Regional Sales Vice President.
“The close alignment of these teams will improve the process of finding, getting, and keeping customers at all levels,” said Fraine. “This has been a strong year of growth, and we are excited by and confident in the opportunities this realignment will bring.”
Additional Organizational Changes
- The Business Solutions Network Modeling team and the Customer Solutions and Integration team will now move from Sales to the Operations, Integration and Performance group.
- The Shipping and Commerce team will transition to the Product Solutions organization within the Marketing department.
These changes aim to create a more streamlined and customer-focused USPS, reinforcing its commitment to improving the business customer experience and boosting overall performance.
