Who to Call to Get Your USPS PIN Code for LiteBlue Access

If you’re a USPS employee and need your PIN code, it’s important to know that this PIN is used for telephone access to systems like PostalEASE, not for logging into the LiteBlue website (which uses your SSP password).

The PIN allows you to manage benefits and payroll over the phone.

How to Request or Reset Your USPS PIN

To get your USPS PIN code:

  1. Call the PostalEASE Service Line:
    1-877-477-3273 (1-877-4PS-EASY)
  2. Press Option 1 for PostalEASE
  3. Follow the prompts to request a new PIN
    • You’ll need your Employee ID number (found on your paystub)
  4. The new PIN will be mailed to your home address on file within 7–10 business days

Reminder: PIN ≠ SSP Password

  • Your PIN is used only for the phone-based version of PostalEASE
  • To access LiteBlue.usps.gov online, you need your:
    • Employee ID
    • SSP (Self-Service Profile) password
