Your Voice Matters — Help Shape the Future of USPS

The next Postal Pulse employee survey will run from Tuesday, April 8, through Friday, May 16, giving all USPS employees the opportunity to share valuable feedback about their work environment.

This annual survey plays an important role in helping USPS identify areas for improvement and create a better workplace for everyone.

What You Need to Know:

  • The survey will be administered by Perceptyx, the same company that conducted the 2024 survey.
  • Starting April 8, employees with a USPS email address will receive an email from donotreply@perceptyx.com with a secure link to complete the online survey.
  • Bargaining-unit employees will receive a paper survey at their work location and will be able to complete it during work hours.

Participation is Voluntary and Confidential

  • Your individual responses are 100% confidential — USPS will not see personal responses.
  • Results are only reported for work groups with at least five completed surveys to ensure privacy.

Why It Matters

Your input helps USPS understand employee experiences and identify ways to build a stronger, more supportive workplace. The more feedback collected, the better USPS can respond to what matters most to its workforce.
